Prohibited Items
These items cannot be shipped under any circumstances:
- Hazardous goods (aerosols, sprays, paints, chemicals, gas cylinders, flammable liquids)
- Loose lithium batteries, power banks, vape batteries
- Cash, coins, gold/silver bars, precious stones
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, tobacco, vapes, gutka, supari
- Perishable food (fresh meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, dairy, homemade food)
- Seeds, soil, plants, biological samples
- Weapons, ammunition, pepper spray, stun guns, swords
- Drones, satellite phones, walkie-talkies (without import permit)
- Pornographic or offensive materials
- Counterfeit items, illegal publications
Restricted Items
(Allowed With Conditions) Food Items (Dry, Branded, Sealed Only):
Allowed: biscuits, snacks, chocolates, tea, coffee, branded spices
Not allowed: homemade food, wet food, oils, ghee, meat, pickles.
Electronics:
- Allowed: mobiles, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, cameras
- Max 2 devices per shipment
- Battery must be installed inside device
- Invoice recommended
Medicines:
- Allowed with doctor’s prescription + ID
- Max 1–2 months supply
- No bulk medicines or unlabelled items Cosmetics:
- Allowed: creams, gels, makeup
- Not allowed: perfume, sprays, nail polish
Packaging Rules
- Use strong double-wall boxes
- Bubble-wrap items individually (if required)
- No leaking liquids or unsealed packets
- Seal all edges with strong tape
- Fragile items must be labelled
Customs & Duty (India)
- Duties/GST may apply on arrival for certain items
- Receiver is responsible for customs charges
- Proper value declaration required
- KYC may be required (PAN/Aadhaar)
- Under-declaration may cause fines or return
Insurance & Claims
- Optional insurance available (£50)
- Claims within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos + invoice for damaged items
- Prohibited or poorly packed items are not covered
Return, Refusal & Penalties
- Shipments may be returned if containing prohibited items, incorrect declarations, unpaid duties, or failed KYC
- Return shipping, disposal fee, or penalties may apply

- Proper packaging
- Ensuring items comply with prohibited/restricted list
